Laura Dottori-Attanasio
Managing Director and Global Head, Corporate Credit Products, CIBC
Laura Dottori-Attanasio is Global Head of Corporate Credit Products with CIBC. She is responsible for all credit activities at CIBC's wholesale bank, including corporates, trading room credits and international lending activities. In addition, Laura is responsible for oversight of all credit activities on behalf of CIBC’s wholesale banking business.
Before joining CIBC in 2009, Laura was with one of Canada's Chartered Banks where she held a number of senior executive positions including Chief Risk Officer, Head of Credit Capital Markets and Vice-President of Credit and Specialized Products.
Laura has over 20 years of experience in the finance sector. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Children's Aid Foundation, CIBC Children’s Foundation and Bridgepoint Health Foundation. Laura is also an Honourary Chair of the Shoppers Drug Mart Weekend to End Women’s Cancers, a member of the United Way of Toronto’s Major Individual Giving Cabinet, a member of the Champions Group for AIESEC Canada and chairs CIBC’s wholesale banking Diversity Steering Committee.
